Ukraine strikes St. Petersburg oil terminal as Putin’s economic forum begins

Ukraine attacked an oil terminal in St. Petersburg, Russia, using drones just as President Vladimir Putin’s annual economic forum—sometimes called 'Putin’s Davos'—was starting. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy confirmed the strike, which also targeted a naval base in Kronstadt.
