Macron Visits Armenia, Sings at Summit

French President Emmanuel Macron visited Armenia and performed a chanson in Yerevan, with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan drumming along. The event took place during the European Political Community summit, where Macron said the South Caucasus should be a crossroads rather than a space of rival powers. He also stated that Europe is the most natural partner for Armenia and the South Caucasus. Macron touted Armenia's new era and its confident movement towards Europe.
