Azerbaijan's Aliyev Speaks on Russia, Turkey, and Council of Europe

Azerbaijan's President Aliyev declared full normalization between Azerbaijan and Russia. He said Turkey and Azerbaijan share unmatched ties, and that Egypt-Azerbaijan relations are deep and expanding. Aliyev also said Azerbaijan is considering quitting the Council of Europe. Speaking at a global media forum in Shusha, he said peace is possible.
