Google and Starlink help Venezuela after earthquakes

Google used Android phones to detect an earthquake in Venezuela and sent warnings to millions of people seconds before the shaking started. Starlink also announced it would provide free internet access to users in the country following the quakes. Damage to oil infrastructure was reportedly limited.
