Kazakhstan and Germany Expand Oil and Minerals Cooperation

Kazakhstan and Germany agreed on closer cooperation in oil and gas supplies to Europe, with Kazakhstan planning to deliver more oil to Germany. The two countries also set a roadmap for 2026-2028 covering critical minerals and industry. Kazakh President Tokayev proposed new joint projects to German business and presented an investment-industrial initiative with a $54 billion project portfolio in Germany.
