Nvidia and Huawei race to dominate AI chips

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said he expects the company to sell twice as many chips next year, while Nvidia committed US$2 billion to a Brookfield AI infrastructure fund. At the same time, China's Huawei is set to unveil 11 AI-related chips and says demand for its AI chips outstrips supply as it steps up its challenge to Nvidia. Huang also said AI does not need regulation, calling it an engineering question.
