Trump offers to mediate Nile dam dispute between Egypt and Ethiopia

President Donald Trump sent a message to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi offering to mediate the long-running dispute with Ethiopia over a major dam on the Nile River. Sisi said he values the offer, and Egypt and Sudan have welcomed the proposed mediation.
