Putin and Peskov Mark Victory Day as Sacred Holiday

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated servicemen and all Russians on Victory Day, and also sent greetings to Patriarch Kirill. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov called the holiday sacred and stated there were no attempts to disrupt the celebrations.
