Military plane carrying cash crashes in Bolivia, killing at least 15

A Bolivian military cargo plane crashed in the capital city of La Paz. The aircraft was carrying banknotes and crashed onto a busy road.

At least 15 to 20 people were killed in the crash. Video from the scene shows the wreckage of the plane.
