Aliyev reveals secret German-Russian talks in Baku

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev disclosed that secret negotiations between German and Russian representatives took place in Baku. Aliyev highlighted the importance of German-Azerbaijani cooperation for connectivity and transit. He also noted that specific action plans have been drawn up in many areas and expressed confidence that recently signed documents will elevate bilateral relations to a new level.
