A series of earthquakes in Venezuela has killed at least 235 people and injured more than 4,300, according to the country's health ministry. Rescue teams are working to save people trapped under rubble, and the number of missing is still unclear.
The tremors were reportedly felt as far away as India, about 14,000 kilometers from the epicenter. International aid organizations, including the German Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW), are sending teams to the disaster zone to assist with rescue efforts.
