EU Proposes New Sanctions Package Against Russia

The European Commission has proposed its 21st package of sanctions against Russia, targeting banks. The proposal includes adding Patriarch Kirill to the sanctions list and freezing an oil price cap. EU foreign policy chief Kallas has also commented on possible new sanctions. Indian entities are also included in the latest package.
