Former Brazil Spy Chief Arrested by ICE in the US

Alexandre Ramagem, a former Brazilian intelligence chief under Jair Bolsonaro, was arrested by ICE in the United States. According to a senator, the former spy chief was detained as a fugitive. Eduardo Bolsonaro said Ramagem was held after a traffic violation and should be released. Ramagem had been a fugitive before his detention.
