Azerbaijan on July 16 announced the launch of the first digital 'Single Window' trade system among CIS countries, according to an official statement. The system is expected to streamline customs and trade procedures, positioning Azerbaijan as a leader in digital trade along the Middle Corridor. Separately, the country reported growth in income from oil coke exports and is in talks with the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) to create a green energy hub. KV Group has expressed interest in importing fresh fruit and vegetables from Armenia, while Armenia is exploring alternative markets to Russia. Azerbaijan is exporting plastic construction materials to Armenia. Direct flights between Shanghai and Tbilisi have begun, strengthening the Eurasian link.
