Iraqi leader challenges France over ISIS prisoners and Syria seeks U.S. partnership

Iraq's Prime Minister has publicly confronted French President Emmanuel Macron about France taking back citizens who joined ISIS and are now prisoners in Iraq. Separately, authorities in Damascus, Syria, have stated that Washington prefers a strategic partnership with them to fight ISIS.
