Suspect in shooting of Russian general arrested in Dubai and sent to Moscow

Russian authorities say a man suspected of shooting a senior Russian intelligence officer has been arrested in Dubai and flown to Moscow. The FSB, Russia's security service, said the suspect was detained for the shooting of a general named Alexeiev, who is reportedly a deputy in the GRU, Russia's military intelligence agency.
