US and Iran to hold nuclear talks in Istanbul on Friday

The US special envoy, Steve Witkoff, is scheduled to meet with Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian Araghchi, in Istanbul on Friday. The talks are expected to focus on nuclear issues.

Before the meeting in Turkey, Witkoff is traveling to Israel to meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other officials.
