Anthropic files for US IPO and offers EU access to AI tool

AI company Anthropic has confidentially filed for an initial public offering on the US stock market, beating rival OpenAI. The company also offered the EU's cybersecurity agency access to its AI model Mythos, while UK banks were blocked from the tool but received an offer from OpenAI instead.
