CIA proposes Trump-Putin-Zelensky summit; Kremlin says only after talks

Meanwhile, Russia has continued military actions, including strikes on logistics centers with dual-use goods, as reported by Italian media. The proposal comes amid ongoing conflict and diplomatic efforts to end the war in Ukraine.
