Russian attack kills at least seven in Ukraine, including four in Kyiv

Russia launched a massive overnight attack across Ukraine, killing at least seven people and wounding many others. Four of the deaths and 15 injuries were reported in the Kyiv region, where the strikes also hit energy infrastructure.

In response, Ukrainian drones struck an oil refinery and a port in Russia's Krasnodar region. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy denounced the Russian attack, which occurred as peace talks between the two countries remain stalled.
