Cairo hosts diplomatic meetings and cultural events this week

Cairo has been the site of several official meetings and cultural events. The Governor of Cairo met with new members of parliament and the Pakistani ambassador to discuss cooperation and citizen issues. Separately, the Egyptian Foreign Minister held talks with his Irish counterpart in the city.

A Russian cultural evening was also held in Cairo to celebrate the epic of the Aswan High Dam.
