Crane collapses onto passenger train in Thailand, killing dozens

A crane collapsed onto a passenger train in Thailand, derailing it and causing a major accident. The incident, which occurred at a China-backed rail construction site, has killed at least 22 people, with some reports stating the death toll is as high as 32. Dozens more were injured in the collapse.
