Delivery Hero sells its Taiwan food delivery business to rival Grab

Delivery Hero has agreed to sell its Foodpanda Taiwan food delivery business to Southeast Asian rival Grab. The deal is valued at either $600 million or $770 million according to different reports. This sale marks Delivery Hero's exit from the competitive Taiwanese market.
