French police foil bomb plot outside Bank of America in Paris

French authorities have thwarted a suspected bombing attempt outside a Bank of America building in Paris. An improvised explosive device was reportedly placed at the location, and an anti-terrorism investigation has been opened. Two additional arrests have been made in connection with the foiled attack.
