Top U.S. counterterrorism official resigns over Iran war concerns

A senior U.S. counterterrorism official has resigned, stating that Iran did not pose an imminent threat to the nation. The official stepped down in protest of the U.S. approach to war with Iran, saying they could not support it in good conscience.
