Egypt calls for African unity on water rights and Somalia's sovereignty

Egypt is taking diplomatic action on two separate African issues. An Egyptian minister stated that Ethiopia should compensate Cairo for losses of Nile water. Separately, Cairo called for a unified African position against any violation of Somalia's sovereignty.
