Sri Lanka sees new scout leader appointed and cricket tournament interest

The Sri Lanka Scout Association has appointed a new Chief Scout Commissioner. Separately, Bangladesh has asked the International Cricket Council to move some of its upcoming T20 World Cup matches to Sri Lanka and swap its tournament group with Ireland.
