Belarus announces domestic initiatives and international outreach for the year

Belarusian authorities have announced several domestic and international initiatives. Domestically, the government has unveiled key initiatives for the 'Year of the Belarusian Woman' and will host the Spring Festival in Minsk in 2026.

Internationally, the country's Emergencies Ministry says it is ready to provide humanitarian aid to any country in an emergency. The government also reports that over 10,000 foreigners have visited this year thanks to a visa waiver program.
