US offers Ukraine security guarantees if it withdraws from Donbas, Zelensky says

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says the United States has offered Ukraine security guarantees as part of a potential peace deal. According to Zelensky, the offer is conditional on Ukraine withdrawing from and ceding the entire Donbas region to Russia.
