CSTO leaders express concern over nearby instability and readiness to work with OSCE

Leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), a military alliance of post-Soviet states, have made two key statements. The CSTO chief said the group is particularly concerned about areas of instability that are getting close to its borders. Separately, the CSTO's secretary general said the organization is ready to restart its cooperation with the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
