Ukraine's leader calls EU pressure to reopen Russian oil pipeline blackmail

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has accused the European Union of blackmail for pressuring Ukraine to resume Russian oil shipments through the Druzhba pipeline. He stated that tying the release of EU funds to reopening the pipeline amounts to coercion. The Slovak prime minister has also expressed doubt that Ukraine will ever resume oil supplies via this route.
