Zelenskyy outlines conditions for elections and EU membership at Munich conference

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy spoke at the Munich Security Conference. He said elections in Ukraine could only be held two months after a ceasefire is in place.

Zelenskyy also called for a clear date for Ukraine to join the European Union, suggesting 2027 as a target. He criticized Europe's absence from peace talks and called for more sanctions against Russia.
