Kremlin comments on Starmer's resignation and other issues

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the resignation of UK Labour leader Keir Starmer, as well as fuel prices and threats from Ukrainian President Zelensky. Peskov also expressed confidence that Belarus can ensure its own sovereignty.
