Bulgaria appoints a caretaker government and sets early elections for April

Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev has appointed a caretaker government led by acting Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov. The main task for this temporary administration is to organize and ensure fair early parliamentary elections, which are now scheduled for April 19.
