Kremlin says world energy market needs Russian oil to stabilize

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that the global energy market cannot function without Russian oil, which he described as currently essential. He claimed that the flow of Russian oil onto the world market helps to stabilize it and assessed the effect of eased sanctions on Russian oil.
