Ukraine and Russia Trade Drone and Missile Attacks as Oil Refineries Burn

In September 2026, Ukraine carried out overnight drone strikes on Russian oil refineries and industrial sites, including a chemical plant in Perm and facilities belonging to the retailer Ozon.
