Pakistan reports major military operation against Afghan Taliban

Pakistan says its military operation, called Ghazab Lil Haq, has killed over 600 Afghan Taliban fighters and destroyed hundreds of their checkposts. The operation began after Pakistan said it thwarted drone attacks launched by the Afghan Taliban, which injured four people. Pakistan's military chief stated that peace with Afghanistan depends on the Taliban renouncing support for terrorists.
