Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov comments on Iran nuclear talks and Middle East

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Russia agreed to serious compromises in Anchorage talks. He also discussed the situation in the Middle East with Iran's foreign minister and called demands for only Iran to stop uranium enrichment unrealistic.
