SpaceX expands Starlink satellite internet service globally

SpaceX is expanding its Starlink satellite internet service, signing an agreement with the Indian state of Meghalaya to launch there. Meanwhile, Amazon is reportedly in talks to buy satellite company Globalstar for $9 billion to compete with Starlink. The service will undergo a five-year controlled piloting phase.
