US transfers Iranian ship crew to Pakistan in confidence-building move

The United States evacuated 22 crew members from a seized Iranian ship to Pakistan. The move was described as a confidence-building measure, and Pakistan facilitated the transfer. Some crew members have since returned home to Iran.
