Arm starts making and selling its own chips for the first time

Arm, the chip design company, has unveiled its first in-house CPU and will begin selling its own chips directly for the first time in its 35-year history. The company expects this new product line to generate billions in annual revenue, with the first chips set to be used in Meta's AI data centers later this year.
