RAF base in Cyprus hit by suspected drone strike

A Royal Air Force base in Cyprus was targeted in a suspected drone strike. The UK's Ministry of Defence confirmed the incident, and the president of Cyprus said the drone was Iranian.

The UK later stated the drone was not launched from Iran. In a separate development, US bomber aircraft were seen landing at an RAF base in Gloucestershire.
