French and Norwegian ex-officials face Epstein-linked investigations

French prosecutors have opened a preliminary investigation into former minister Jack Lang and his daughter Caroline for aggravated tax fraud laundering linked to the Epstein case. Separately, Norway is investigating its former prime minister, Thorbjørn Jagland, over his connections to Jeffrey Epstein. Both probes follow revelations from the Epstein scandal spreading across Europe.
