Drone strikes damage Amazon data centers in UAE and Bahrain

Amazon reported that drone strikes damaged three of its data center facilities in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. The company's cloud unit said the attacks disrupted services and warned that regional instability is a liability.

Separately, the Pentagon has moved to ban the AI company Anthropic from its systems. Senator Ron Wyden has pledged to challenge the ban, while sources claim the Pentagon's reasoning is based on ideology rather than a real security risk.
