Russian foreign minister criticizes US foreign policy and peace plan interference

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused the United States of interfering in regions beyond its concern and criticized European and Ukrainian interference with a US peace plan presented to Russia. He also stated Russia would not violate the New START treaty limits unless the US does so first. Additionally, Lavrov commented on US-UN relations and countered US claims regarding an Indian oil deal.
