Ukrainian drone strikes damage Russian oil refineries and tanker

Ukrainian drone strikes have damaged multiple Russian oil facilities, including the Kirishi refinery which halted operations. The attacks reportedly knocked out a significant portion of Russia's oil export capacity from the Baltic region. A Turkey-operated tanker carrying Russian oil was also struck by a naval drone in the Black Sea.
