Israel strikes Iranian naval ships in the Caspian Sea

The Israeli military says it attacked several Iranian naval vessels in the Caspian Sea. The IDF stated it targeted Iranian naval capabilities there and hit what some reports describe as a weapons supply route between Iran and Russia.

This is reported to be the first time Israel has carried out such a strike in the Caspian Sea region since the war began. Explosions were reported in an Iranian city along the coast during the operation.
