Judge rules Trump administration's third-country deportation policy is unlawful

A judge has ruled that a Trump administration policy on deportations is unlawful. The policy, often called the 'third-country' rule, required asylum seekers to first seek protection in another country they passed through before reaching the U.S. border.

Separately, Trump demanded the deportation of two female Muslim members of Congress, Representatives Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib, after they criticized him and chose not to attend one of his events.
