Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov criticizes Ukraine and the West in press conference

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov held a major press conference where he made several critical statements about the war in Ukraine and Western countries. He said a truce proposed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is unacceptable to Russia and accused France and Ukraine of using 'terror' tactics in Africa.
