Japan and Philippines maritime deal draws China's condemnation

China has condemned a maritime delimitation agreement between Japan and the Philippines, calling it illegal and null and void. The Taiwan Affairs Office also criticized the deal, which involves areas near Taiwan. Meanwhile, Japan rejected Taiwan's demand for talks on the issue.
